How to brew Chrysanthemum Tea
The method of brewing chrysanthemum tea is as follows:
1. Prepare materials: Get a clean glass teapot or teacup ready and take appropriate amount of dried chrysanthemum flowers.
2. Wash: Rinse the clean teapot or teacup with warm water to ensure hygiene.
3. Add chrysanthemums: Put the right amount of chrysanthemums into the teapot or teacup, usually 3-5 chrysanthemums per person is recommended.
4. Infuse boiling water: Boil water that has been boiled and then slightly cooled to 80-90 degrees Celsius over the chrysanthemums, steeping time is about 3-5 minutes.
5. Tasting: When the steeping time is over, you can taste the chrysanthemum tea. You can add honey or other flavourings according to your personal taste.
6. Timing: Chrysanthemum tea is suitable for drinking in the morning, afternoon or evening, and can also be used as a sleep aid.
