our story

Rooted in the mountains,
carried to your cup

Time Remains was founded on a single conviction: that extraordinary tea begins not in a factory, but in the relationship between a gardener and her mountain. We travel to origin — Wuyi, Fuding, Yunnan, Hangzhou — and work only with masters who tend their gardens as their grandparents did.

No blending. No artificial enhancement. Every lot is traceable to a named garden, a specific harvest day, a master's hands. When you open a tin of Yunshan tea, you open a place.

The Philosophy of Brewing

茶, at its core,
is the art of slowing down

Gongfu cha — the skilled way of tea — is not a performance. It is a private discipline. The precise water temperature, the calibrated pour, the silence between infusions: each is a small act of attention that accumulates into presence.

We trace every tea back to the garden, the season, the person who picked it. Origin traceability is not a marketing claim for us — it is a form of respect, to the land and to you.
