How to brew Fu zhuan Tea
Porcupine Tea is a traditional Chinese tea,
the following is the brewing method of Porcupine Tea:
1 Preparation materials: Poria tea, porcelain or glass teapot, teacups, boiling water.
2 Wash the tea set: Rinse the teapot and teacups with boiling water to preheat the tea set in advance and remove impurities.
3 Preparing Porcupine Tea: Take appropriate amount of Porcupine Tea into the teapot, it is generally recommended to use 3-5 grams of Porcupine Tea for every 100ml of water.
4 Brewing Porcupine Tea: Brew boiling water over Porcupine Tea, it is recommended that the water temperature is controlled at around 90℃.
5 Waiting to steep: Cover the teapot and let the Fu brick tea slowly unfold its aroma, usually waiting for about 3-5 minutes.
6 Pour tea and taste: After the Poria tea has finished steeping, you can pour the tea into a teacup and slowly taste its unique flavour.
7 Bubble several times: Porcupine tea can be bubbled repeatedly, and the time of each bubble can be adjusted according to personal taste.
