How to brew Jasmine Tea

Here is how to brew jasmine tea:

1: Prepare tools and tea leaves
Prepare a clean glass teapot or teacup.
Choose the right amount of jasmine tea, generally it is recommended to use 2-3 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
2: Preheat the vessel
Preheat the teapot or teacup with boiling water before brewing to keep the brewing temperature stable.
3: Brewing Steps
Place the jasmine tea leaves into the preheated teapot or teacup.
Brew jasmine tea using warm water around 85°C.
Allow the first steeping time of 2-3 minutes for the tea leaves to fully unfold and release the fresh floral aroma.
Gradually increase the steeping time by about 30 seconds for each subsequent brew until the desired flavour is achieved.
4: Taste and Enjoy
The brewed jasmine tea has a light yellow colour with a strong jasmine aroma and fresh taste.
Take a small sip to savour the elegant, fragrant taste and soft texture.
5: Multiple brewing
Jasmine tea is suitable for multiple brewing, each time you brew it, you can taste the different layers and variations, you can adjust the brewing time and the amount of tea leaves according to your personal taste.
