White tea is a micro-fermented tea, is a traditional tea created by Chinese tea farmers. It is one of the six major types of tea in China. It refers to a kind of tea which is processed after picking, not killed or twisted, but only dried in the sun or by fire. It has the appearance of complete buds and hairs, full of hairs, fresh aroma, clear yellow-green soup colour, and the quality characteristics of light and sweet taste.
