How to brew Keemun Black Tea

The brewing method of Keemun black tea is as follows:

1. Preparation tools: Keemun black tea, mineral water or pure water, tea utensils (teapot, tea cups), warm water pot, tea tray, tea towel, etc..
2. choose quality water: use high quality mineral water or pure water, avoid the use of impurities or odours of the tap water, to ensure that the tea broth is fragrant.
3. Preheat the tea utensils: first of all, the teapot, tea cups and other tea utensils with hot water rinse once, in order to improve the stability of the temperature when brewing.
4. Control the water temperature: Boil the water to about 80-85 degrees Celsius, do not use boiling water to brew directly, so as not to scald the tea leaves and cause bitterness.
5. Brewing Steps.
- Tea washing: Put the right amount of Keemun black tea into the teapot, flush a little 80 degrees Celsius water, slightly steeped and then poured out, this process is called "tea washing".
- Brewing: Re-inject 80-85 degrees Celsius water, steep for 3-5 minutes, adjust the time according to personal taste, and then enjoy the tea when it unfolds.
6. Drinking: Pour the brewed Keemun black tea into a teacup and taste it first, then taste it to experience its fruity aroma and mellow flavour.
7. Multiple brewing: Keemun black tea can be repeated many times, each time the brewing time is gradually extended, to observe the unfolding of the tea leaves in the water, to enjoy the different taste.
