How to brew Yinghong No. 9

The brewing method of Yinghong No. 9 is as follows:

( 1 )For brewing Yinghong No. 9, it is generally recommended to use porcelain, creamy white is the best. Covered bowl brewing method is the best brewing method for Yinghong No. 9. Covered bowl, teapot, steeping tea can get a better colour and aroma, smooth taste.
( 2 ) The choice of water for brewing black tea should be "soft water" with low calcium and magnesium content. Spring water is the best (containing the least calcium and magnesium compounds, and contains a variety of minerals needed by the human body), followed by pure water.
( 3 ) The amount of tea needs to be controlled according to the size of the bowl, the number of guests, and the guests' preferences. General to one-third of the container, not more than half, the tea quality of young relative to the tea quality of the old, throw some more. The amount of tea should be moderate, do not overdo it, a bad taste, and waste; too little, not enough taste, such as if you find yourself throwing less tea, tea flavour is light, to relatively less water to keep the taste of tea, but the water should still cover the tea.
( 4 ) The amount of water injection must cover the tea leaves. More tea, relatively more water, less tea, relatively less water, to avoid overly thick or watery flavour.
( 5 ) Water Temperature When brewing Yinghong No. 9, the water temperature is generally controlled at 80℃-90℃. Different water temperatures can make the tea leaves brewed with different aroma, low water temperature can highlight the fragrance of the tea leaves, and high water temperature reveals the strong aroma of the tea leaves. The water used for brewing tea must be boiled, and then wait for it to cool down to the required temperature.
( 6 ) The way of water infusion:
① water injection: fixed point injection, along the wall of the cup in a circle injection, directly pouring tea leaves into; ② water injection: soft fine tea leaves, tea leaves, tea leaves, tea leaves, tea leaves, tea leaves, tea leaves.

( 7 ) Yinghong No. 9 brewing time is generally the first three bubbles in about 3 seconds, after the number of bubbles can be increased in turn 0.5 ~ 1 second. If the brewing time is too long, the tea will be bitter and astringent, so you can adjust the brewing time according to your own taste.
