How to brew Rose Tea
The method of brewing rose tea is as follows:
1. Prepare materials: Prepare some clean glass teapots or teacups, dried rose petals.
2. Wash: Rinse the teapot or teacup with warm water to ensure hygiene.
3. Add rose petals: Put the right amount of rose petals into the teapot or teacups, usually 2-3 fresh or dried roses per person are recommended.
4. Infuse boiling water: Bring boiling water that has been boiled and then slightly cooled to 80-90 degrees centigrade over the roses and allow to steep for approximately 5-7 minutes.
5. Strain: After the steeping time is over, you can use a tea funnel or sieve to strain off the petals to avoid affecting the taste.
6. Tasting: Once the rose tea is finished brewing, you can enjoy it and add honey, lemon slices and other flavourings according to your personal taste.
7. When to drink: Rose tea is suitable for drinking in the afternoon or evening, which helps to relax the body and mind and promote sleep.
