Prepare a clean glass teapot or teacup.
Choose high quality Mao Jian tea leaves, generally recommended to use 2-3 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
2: Preheat the vessel
Before brewing, preheat the teapot or teacup with boiling water to keep the brewing temperature stable.

Place the Mao Jian tea leaves into the preheated teapot or teacup.
Use lukewarm water around 80°C-85°C to brew the Mao Jian tea. Avoid using water that is too hot to maintain the original flavour of the tender tea buds.
