Pu-erh ripe tea is a kind of tea that has undergone special fermentation treatment.
Here is how it is brewed:
1: Prepare tools and tea leaves
Prepare a clean purple clay pot or tea cup.
Choose a good quality Puerh ripe tea, 5-8 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water is generally recommended.
2: Preheat the vessel
Preheat the pot or cup with boiling water before brewing to keep the brewing temperature stable.
3: Brewing Steps
Place the Puerh Ripe Tea into the preheated pot.
Use boiling water to brew Puerh Ripe Tea to allow the tea leaves to fully unfold and release the aroma.
Allow 10-20 seconds for the first steeping to allow the tea leaves to initially unfurl and reveal their aroma.
Gradually increase the steeping time by 10-20 seconds for each subsequent brew until the desired flavour is achieved.
4: Taste and Enjoy
Ripe Puerh tea broth is usually reddish-brown in colour, with a distinctive aged aroma and heavy texture.
Take a small sip and enjoy the mellow, smooth flavour with a special aged aroma.
5: Multiple Brewing
Pu-erh ripe tea is also suitable for multiple brewing. As the number of times of brewing increases, the taste and flavour of the tea soup will change, so you can adjust the brewing time and the amount of tea leaves according to your personal taste.
