Here is how to brew Biluochun:
1: Prepare tools and tea leaves
Prepare a clean glass teapot or teacup.
Choose the right amount of Biluochun tea leaves, generally it is recommended to use 1-2 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
2: Preheat the utensils
Preheat the teapot or teacup with boiling water before brewing to improve the brewing effect.
3: Brewing Steps
Place the Biluochun tea leaves into the preheated teapot or teacup.
Brew with lukewarm water at around 85°C. Be careful not to overheat the water to avoid scalding the tea leaves.
Steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute for the first brew to allow the tea leaves to unfold and release their aroma.
After the second steep, gradually increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds each time until the individual taste is satisfied.
4: Taste and Enjoy
Biluochun tea broth should be bright and clear with a soft green colour.
Take a small sip to experience its fresh and crisp flavour and unique aroma of flowers and fruits.
5: Multiple Brewing
Biluochun is suitable for multiple brewing, the taste will change with each brew, you can adjust the brewing time and the amount of tea according to your personal preference.
