Here is how to brew Jin Jun Mei tea:
1:Prepare tools and tea leaves
Prepare a clean purple clay pot, glass teapot or tea cup.
Choose the right amount of Jinjunmei tea leaves, generally it is recommended to use 3-5 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
2:Preheat the vessel
Before brewing, preheat the teapot or teacup with boiling water to keep the brewing temperature stable.
3:Brewing Steps
Place the Jin Jun Mei tea leaves into the preheated pot.
Brew Jin Jun Mei tea using hot water around 95°C. Hot water helps to stimulate the aroma of the tea leaves.
Allow the first steeping time of 30 seconds to 1 minute for the tea leaves to initially unfold and release the floral aroma.
Gradually increase the steeping time by about 15-30 seconds for each subsequent brew to achieve the desired strength and flavour.
4:Taste and Enjoy
The tea broth of Jin Jun Mei is usually amber in colour, with a strong aroma and sweet flavour.
Take a small sip to experience its elegant, mellow flavour and characteristic fruity and floral aroma.

Jinjunmei tea is suitable for multiple brewing. As the number of times you brew it increases, you can taste the different layers and variations, and you can adjust the brewing time and the amount of tea leaves according to your personal taste.
